Getting fit?
On a whim I stopped by the local gym (LA Fitness place) to get info about what classes they run and membership prices, and walked out with an appointment to be shown around the facilities on Saturday..... how posh!
I have tried to motivate myself to exercise at home, but have failed miserably, which is embarrassing considering I am technically a qualified fitness instructor, but I appear to need to have a class to go to, to pursuade me to get off my arse....
