Pain in the neck

Been one of those weeks I guess where stress over exertion and possibly sleeping wrong has agravated that happy muscle nerve or what ever taht goes from the tip of your shoulder along the shoulder and up the back and side of your neck... YOu know the one that when sore makes it so you cant turn your head well... 
I guess it could be the cold too...

well ive tried the long hot shower with direct preasure from hot hot water, trying to sleep on the opisit side to releave the stress... and now its the soak in the tub time... baring that I guess its time to hit the muscle relaxents
