so christmas was good right? yeah, other than the fact that about 5 minutes after i get to my grammas house for christmas dinner, my mom walks in and her hand is all bleeding and stuff and she tells me that she and scott flipped the truck into a ditch, and its totaled. everyone is ok, just minor stuff. the thing is, clay and i left my moms place like 5 minutes before she and scott left, and clay almost rode with them, which would have been bad because the truck doesnt have a middle seat belt. i guess we were just really lucky. im grateful that no one got hurt, however it does suck that this is the third truck scott has totaled this year. mom said the worst part about it was knowing that she was going to have to face me after telling me all weekend to be careful. its ok, i didnt throw it in her face or anything. i was very concerned. then about 15 minutes after this all happened my dad calls me from memphis and says he is about to go into the er because he slipped and fell on the ice (which is bad because he has had 2 hip replacement surgeries due to an illness he has) so i was worried about that, but he is ok too. things could have went a lot worse but i guess someone was looking out for us. hope everyone enjoyed their holiday. minus all this stuff mine was pretty great.
