It's gay time!
Last night we went to our "at least one movie" from the Frameline Film Festival.

It was actually rather good. You see, if you've never been to the Frameline Fest before, it can be a rather hit-or-miss experience. There have been some really awful movies and yet, the audience will still applaud and say how great it was that there are gay films, blah, blah, blah. *sigh* Anyway, this one was definitely one of the better one's I've seen, so yay.
I don't think I'll get around to seeing any of the others. No biggie.
But...
I am going to be in the gay parade this year! Woohoo! Heh heh. M and I are going to be part of the SFPL contingent. This is the first year that they will be marching. They were a little late getting everything together, so our contingent is number 200 (out of 240!) and we won't even start marching until after noon probably. Still, the BLIP bookmobile is going to be with us and we get to hand out bookmarks and fortune cookies (!?) to the people watching the parade. It's going to be interesting to see the parade from the perspective of being in it. Weird. I'm going to have to bring my camera for sure!
