I went out to my car to look for my cell phone. (in the rain). and I didnt bring my key card, so I locked myself out of my place. There is a public phone, which I never used to any effectiveness before. The instructions on the phone say... Dial 2-xxxx, 4-xxxx or 6-xxxx for on-campus calls. The number for the CA on call says to dial... a 290 number
