Savory Ramen Noodle Clam Chowder

2 cups water
1 can or 2/3 cup of chopped clams
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 medium onion finely diced
1/2 cup sweet corn kernals
2 tablespoon Siracha hot sauce paste (to taste)
