im bored
I dont know why, but Im updating.. Crazy. :oP
Im almost done with college! One more semester to go.. Thats pretty scary. That means I have to interview for jobs soon! :-O This past semester was really hectic and I had basically no free time. I had so many projects.. Im projected out. The good thing about the semester was my lack of finals and exams :) I had one midterm and one final, but they were both take home. I didnt have a quiz or test or exam, which was beautiful. Although I did have one project that took me 10 hours to do, and it was only worth 15 points. That was complete bullshit if you ask me :oP
So far Im rocking the grades. Im still waiting on one, math. Math could kill my high about my grades. I have 3 A+s and 2 As so far. Math could ruin that. So cross your fingers for me that I manage an A! ;) That would be my first 4.0 ever, so Im really hopeful. ALthough, that final, I dont know if I answered everything correctly. But ive done well on the other projects. We'll see :oP
Other school good news: I passed the Praxis II! :)!!!! I got it yesterday and I was so nervous! Now I never have to deal with those again! Sucker! :oP I kicked butt in the math and language arts sections. I scored above the average! Woowoo. Social studies and science.. Didnt do as well, but I was in the average ;) So thats okay.
Tomorrow is Christmas! :-O Thats crazy. I finished shopping yesterday(well my parents finished for me.. they got stuff for Mark, Angela and Connor at the bball game). We're going out to Texas to see them on Monday. Ill be back on Thursday, so its a quick visit, but at least I finally get to see the baby! :) Thats the only reason Im going out. My brother has far too many strikes against him. The ass didnt even call me on my birthday. Jerk. I wrote the fakest thank you note in the world ;)
Joseph just got back from Hong Kong on Tuesday, after being gone for about two weeks. Hes amazing and got me a lot of amazing gifts! He bought me three chinese dresses and a chinese shirt. Unfortuneately, unlike the chinese, I have hips and breasts, so the dresses are a bit tight. ;) He also bought me a beautiful wall scroll, a bracelet(bling bling), a teeshirt that says Hong Kong on it, fancy chopsticks with a wooden case that has turtles on it,a pretty scarf/shawl(sp), and a shot glass with a panda on it!!!!!! Im not spoiled, really ;) Meggie was very jealous about the dresses. But hopefully Langley will get her one ;)
Jill said that her and tony might not come over for presents tomorrow until dinner time :'( Ill be the only one opening gifts with my parents. Thats kind of sad. Boohoo
In other news, Jenny and Jackie got married on tuesday! :) Congratulations again guys! I saw them last night and theyre very cute(although it awsnt much different from seeing them like last week. Except now we get to be like Jenny, your husband needs you ;)). haha Jackie said hes never been congratulated so much in his life ;)
I got some really cute gifts last night. The one I was most impressed with was Jessi's gift. She made pottery for everyone for their gifts. I love it Jess! Thanks :) I also got a cute purple bag with a peacock on it from Jane, a Harry Potter teeshirt from Meggie(even though she thinks Im smaller than I actually am..damn boobs), and pund cake in a cute container from Addie. I got a fun gift from the grab bag ;) It was very amusing looking at all the pictures in the book. There was like five of us just looking at the pictures being like, how do you manage that? :P
