The Weekend
Saturday was one of the longest, but funnest days in my life. We had a Chapter Rush Workshop, and I had a blast. Ron and Jenn are awesome, and I think we are going to have an AWESOME rush this year! YEA!!!! After the rush workshop, we didnt get out till ten, Jill and I went to the Phi Psi South Pacific Party, and It was so much fun, well kind of. No one was hardly there and I was having fun bein myself and doing the limbo and dancing... WOOT WOOT!
Yesterday I woke up at 10am to study for Economics, but hmmm that did not happen and still has yet to happen. Hali came in to my room and we went to breakfast with her mom, who was in town for Chi O's mom's weekend. I love her mom, she is soo cute and adorable. After lunch, I took a nap until like 4, i think, I'm not sure, but then Hali and I decided to go outside and play frisbee. Hmmm well if you don't know my luck with frisbees, I tend to break windows. OOPS! But luckily...well okay, so Hali and I decided it would be fun to throw the frisbee and sticks at her window on the third floor and get Katie's attention. I was throwing the frisbee and she had the stick, well after about ten minutes of throwing things... She SHATTERED her window... It was the funniest thing ever. We started cracking up, and all I could think about was last time when I threw the frisbee and I shattered a window. WOW Lubbock windows can't withstand much! Anyhoo, afterwards I started working on my stuff, and then I was kidnapped. Hali blindfolded me and took me to her room and I had to work on my stuff there. Adam and her were doing something to my room... UH OH! I finally got to come back, and I had the BIGGEST Surprise. In the middle of my tiny dorm room was a 7ft inflatable birthday cake, balloons were everywhere, there was a banner across the wall, and there was cake and Ice cream! WOOT WOOT! I almost cried. It was sooo special. THANKS GUYS!!!
