So I didn't say this, but... over the break, I did have my hair trimmed just slightly and I also got it permed. Again. As soon as I got home on that day, my sister comments just how pretty my hair was~!
And for the doctor/dermatologist appointment, I got that finished, too. On a different day, though. My sister was like, "Oh, yeah, I see why you would want to have it fixed, your hands are so pretty!" I seriously will never understand my sister completely. Haha.
Class schedule seems okay. It seems like I'll be having a lot of work this quarter, and hopefully it's nothing I can't handle. I just feel... I don't know, I must have been more efficient my earlier years, especially during high school. Maybe I'm just getting old and can't seem to find that motivation to work harder. I remember those days where I just worked without thinking about how difficult it was, and it was just the best feeling in the world to have completed something. Sad that my motivation is slowly dying... especially since I've gone so far and I really want to go to graduate school...
...and this Intro to Archeology seems like more work than it should for a lower-division class. Ah well, I do need that general education requirement.
So today I went downtown to pick up art supplies. Oh joy!! ...the 18x24 pad is so large for me to carry! It's half my size. Augh. I always have this problem... I look like an ant carrying around such huge items. So anyway. Before we rode the bus toward downtown, Elizabeth braided the front sides of my hair! Gasp! It looks like Ovelia! Cuuute~
At the Lenz art store, I ran into Clare. She was in two of my classes... this year! I sat next to her in the computer class, but in the second class we shared together, we hardly saw each other. It was nice to see her again.
Elizabeth and Ron went with me downtown, so they were there at Lenz too. Elizabeth was like, "Where's Saku?" and I heard her, so I was like, "Uh, I'm over here. Socializing." And she gave me a funny look.
We chatted for a bit, and then I had to go, so we left... and I couldn't understand why Elizabeth gave me such a funny look. I talked about Clare for a bit, then finally said, "She was in two of my classes..." Elizabeth was like, "What? Oh... I thought you were just talking to her randomly." "No! You know I don't do that kind of stuff." "I know, that's why I was thinking, man, Saku must think she's really cute to do something like that!" I totally could have facepalmed, but you know, I was holding onto the stuff I bought. The stuff that is half my size. She is cute/pretty, and she is really nice, but Clare is totally boy crazy, okay. Still, a funny moment brought to you by Elizabeth.
Oh! And today I was wearing this cuuute short cropped jacket~! ♥!! My mom gave it to me. She said it didn't fit anyone else because it was too small, but it totally fit me. So, so, so cute!! And fuzzy! Fuzzy on the inside... and corduroy on the outside. Cuuute.
