[Shion goes to find Allen, letting him know she's going to offer her services up for building things, from basic stuff, to AIs to weapons.  She isn't asking permission, but telling him, though of course Allen is free to fight her on this.  Once she's done with Allen, she's off to the phone.]

You seriously think I can apply half of what I worked on there, here? The technology levels are way different.

You act as if those statements are exclusive.

Well, they would be two different things. Either you are changing, or this is a side you have always had but never showed, at least to me, where we were from.
