[Shion goes to find Allen, letting him know she's going to offer her services up for building things, from basic stuff, to AIs to weapons. She isn't asking permission, but telling him, though of course Allen is free to fight her on this. Once she's done with Allen, she's off to the phone.]

Alright, that's it! I've played housewife long enough, and I've taken apart everything I can get my hands on around the house, and put it back together. That being said, I need a project, so I'm offering my services as part of Vector's First R&D Division out to build things for people. I can build anything from basic things, to large AI programs, and weapons, if given enough time and the right parts. So, please feel free to contact me on it.
I should note, this offer does not extend to Wilhelm, or Albedo. Albedo already has an inventor if he wants something created, and Wilhelm... I don't trust you.
