Just inside the bar there is violin music, soft but slowly growing more confident. The player isn't the best, no, but Silas is clearly someone who'd had lessons, and who knows how to use the instrument. Every so often he has to stop and flex his wrist, rotating it with an expression of mild discomfort.

He is very cheerful, for Teja.

Also, he is being followed in by a very small person wearing a large helmet with partial face mask, and a wooden sword.

"How does that thing with the sweets work now?" asks a small eager voice from within the helmet.

On any given day, Silas habitually wears opaque clothes with long sleeves, and long trousers. Only one of those is he wearing today; the bar has replaced his shirt with a pair of white feather wings, leaving him topless. Here's the thing. Five out of six Combine combat terraforming Synths are dead. Four of them were taken out by Resistance attacks coordinated from the Greenbrier HQ.
