Shor'boots clump down the stairs.

The man whose feet are in the shor'boots glares blearily around the bar.

Roland sneezes.

He sits at the bar and croaks to the nearest rat, "Whiskey."

Charlie has been sitting at the piano, composing rather feverishly if the ink smears on his fingers and the end of his nose is any indication. When the bar starts to fill he looks up, startled, and then smiles to see that the sun has gone down.

The request line is open, but at some point tonight he does have one special song to play.
