Will hasn't left yet. As more people leave, he starts to prepare himself to but he can't, not yet. Milliways is as much his home as Sherwood and he can't leave just as he can't leave Sherwood.
As he's been restless, he spent part of the day outside carefully exploring and going through sword forms, because if there is something to fight he will be ready. The red sky weighed on him and he could only stay outside for so long before he came back inside to put together a meal and a drink from the kitchen and behind the counter.
Then he sits and tries not to watch everyone leaving and instead figure out a plan for what might happen next.
