There's a little known fact that if you wish to keep something secret from a ninja the best place to conceal it is in plain sight. This is especially true if what you're trying to conceal are plans for a birthday celebration, and the ninja you wish to keep these plans from is Michaelangelo

Answering a question with another question is one of Splinter's favorite games.

"You've got a game board out, and an extra cup for tea?"

Splinter turns his attention back to the table, and gives the items assembled there a closer inspection.

"Why yes, it does appear that I do. Curious. Perhaps I was waiting for you."

"...coool. How do you play?" Tyler grins, climbing up into a chair near the board, grinning.

[mnr_splinter]

He reaches for a scroll that just so happened to be residing under a flattened Cheerios box.

"I am fairly new to this game myself, and must confess that I have spent more time translating the instructions than I have actually playing it."

[tyler_marlocke]

"So we're both going to be learning how to play it?" Tyler asks, picking up the flattened Cheerios box to examine it.

Never know what could be what here.

"I'll watch you set up the board first."
