It's after Christmas in her world and she is absolutely livid with a certain vexatious red-head.

Sure, a very deep part of her is both relieved ... and possibly a little glad that he's come back, but that doesn't mean he isn't a right git for leaving in the first place.

Boys are always vexatious. And she'll have another one to deal with sometime in late February or early March.

But first things first. It's been years since she's seen Hermione and she's got loads to tell her, if she can!

"Hermione!" she says, giving her a great big hug. "It feels like I haven't seen you in forever!"

"Oh!"

She's admittedly a little startled, but her momentary anger is quickly put out at the sight of a friend.

A friend from years into the future, it seems.

"Mia, you're looking lovely."

Hugs are, of course, returned.

Mia laughs lightly and keeps herself from asking aloud if she'll still look lovely in a few months.

"How have you been, Hermione? How's everything at home been?"

Can Mia finally start talking about her husband/baby daddy?

Alas, not just yet. Well, she could, but Hermione would simply stare in utter befuddlement.

It would also be a very long and strange conversation, to say the least.

"Oh, absolutely brilliant," she says sarcastically, before letting out a huff of breath. "I mean - well. Ron's come back a night ago."

See her thrilled face? It's thrilled! Really!

There is a red-head beside her but luckily not the one she's mad at. But one that would let her rant a bit.

"Ginny!" Hermione exclaims. "I didn't even see you."

She pauses.

"Actually, I didn't know you came here at all. Are you all right?"

Ginny nods slowly as she looks at her and blinks.

"Yeah, I'm okay what about you?"

"I've ... been better," she admits, doing her best to keep the bite out of her voice.

(It's not exactly easy.)

"I don't suppose you're from the same point in time as I am, are you?"
