Apparently Bar had decided that adventures in wrapping gifts would be one way to keep Doc occupied for an evening, so a few nights ago she gave him several rolls of colored paper, and several rolls of scotch tape. Needless to say, it kept him occupied for quite some time.
Doc makes his way downstairs and it takes a few trips before gifts are left at the bar:

Inside is a scarf, a stack of dime novels telling the tales of the famous outlaw Billy the Kid and his gang, a bar of rose scented soap (which he got from Zhaan's charity sale) and a package of colored pens (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple).

Bar gave him wrapping paper and there's a liberal abuse of scotch tape involved, but a package in blue paper contains a scarf as well as another collection of Poe's work - a different collection from the one he got Jack last year, and a book on Irish legends and lore.
