Early on the morning of the 4th, several very brightly colored signs went up around the bar. These signs were decorated with all manner of glitter, and shiny ribbons, and perhaps a touch of magic to make them hard to miss:

The table with the food has all kinds of snacks (there are definitely cookies) the cake, so if you're hungry, go for it.

There is a pretty good sized bonfire a distance away from anything that could catch on fire, and some blankets and towels spread out around if you want to sit.

Will has been helping Doc set up and sets down a rather lovely velvet bag that's only a bit muddy with inside a red ring and a dagger with a little card saying From Will.

Guppy has brought him a high speed remote control car, and a warm jumper for the winter.

The package from Doc is wrapped in plain brown paper. Inside is a large silk scarf, as well as a bag of various flavors of hard candy, and a note:

Sometime later in the evening, there are fireworks going off by the beach.

A rather huge box of them has been provided so you can set off your own just be careful of your fingers.

At this point, Doc's hyped up on enough sugar to counter the rum he's had, so he's looking into the box for something that'll fly. In the direction of the ocean, of course.

"Fireworks?" Charlie's still got the rum Will gave him, as he hasn't been drinking it at all fast.

Granted, Doc doesn't have his guns at the moment, since it's a party and he's not in any danger.
