Demyx is stumbling and carrying his sitar over his shoulder when he makes his way up to bar today. Too many people have waylayed him with important conversations, it's time to down enough antidotes to kill off a plague. That should take care of the Atlantean and the hangover

The hooded mouse like figure sidles up to the bar and just stares at the drink special and the singing bartender.

This would be Demyx taking one look. SCREAMING LIKE A GIRL, and diving under the bar.

"MOUSE!" It's not as girly as Demyx's response, but face it.

It's the same reaction, and he's more or less in the same place (under the bar) now.

Billy's a few stools down. He nearly drops his rootbeer.

"...oh. my. God."

Because this was all he needed, really.

THAT call gets Xigbar's attention, and--

Well, solidarity, right?

...On the other hand, he's assuming that the King knows the rules around here.

"Well, well, well. Look at who we have here."

Not.

Panicking.

Dudes.

...he can totally look after his subordinates.

And from down the bar--

--Axel can't help but notice.

He keeps his mouth SHUT for once, but it'd be hard to miss him, watching there.

Mickey glances over to Axel and gives a small salute. He then motions to the others and whistles a bit. He then looks to Bar, "Is this going to be a commonplace occurance? I thought most people here knew that there's to be no violence in the bar."

Mickey glances at the special, "Although I do have to wonder about that." He jerks a thumb at the specials board and drums the fingers of his other hand lightly on the top of Bar's surface.

Demyx lets out a sound that could be nothing other than an utterly terrified sob. It's the sound you hear from victims in panic rooms, or tellers hiding under the counter in bank robberies trying to decide if it's worth it to try and reach up to hit the silent alarm or if it will just make things worse.

He's clinging to his sitar for dear life under the bar, cringing when he hears Xigbar's voice. Don't be a hero, boss! he wants to yell, but he's not sure he could force himself to breathe enough to find the words for it.

Xaldin is going to join Xigbar. He's never let (Braig) Xigbar fight without him, and he's not going to start here.

He's not quite up to talking to the Mouse though.

He remembers the Keyblade far too much as it is.

"...Xaldin? Is this going to be a thing?" He really doesn't want to get thrown into the cells.

For fighting Mickey Mouse.

"...when did my life get so weird?"

Either when you became a superhero, or started associating with Nobodies, Billy.

Or possibly when you were born.

"Nah, we know the rules-" -even though it took them a whole month to tell Xigbar- "-but there're like, some people who're understandably wary of you, dude. Your Majesty."

Axel drums his fingers on the bartop, and--

No violence.

No outside business.

He still says nothing.

Mickey turned to Xigbar.

"Given the circumstances, do you really think that I wanted to do that? That I wanted to do the things I did?"

He turned to Demyx and offered the scared Nobody a hand to help him up.

This just gets another post-traumatic episode-like scream. If he could cry right now he would be, scrambling back as far as he can.

"Pleasedon'tkillme!"

For not being able to feel, this is some pretty clear terror.

This is the Xaldin of Beast's Castle - all business and readiness to do whatever it takes.

Whatever it takes.

If they're going to throw down, he's ready.

"Don't touch Demyx."

[bluespells]

"This is-- c'mon. No outside business in Milliways." He's holding his hands up, trying to get between Mickey and the Nobodies on this side of the bar.

"Right?"
