Well, at about the same time the door swings open, Daniel Jackson appears in a flash of light. Note the off white sweater and pants he's wearing.

"Ah come on!" he said with a hand flail.

[smart_house]

The voice behind the door is confused.

"Come where?"

[diehard_daniel]

"It's a figure of speech," he said, "I'm frustrated!"

He didn't even look to who or what he was talking to. His back to the door and the people.

"About what?"

It's a different voice, this time. Stark has turned around to look at the newcomer with mild interest.

[diehard_daniel]

Daniel turned around this time.

"Because, I have some very important things to do, and I CAN'T LEAVE!"

[smart_house]

"My apologies."

[diehard_daniel]

"Why is your house apologizing?" asked Daniel, "I mean unless it's her, is it a her, fault that I am bound here."

"I suspect that SARAH is being polite," Stark replies, looking the man over with an assessing eye.

For that matter, his tone is almost excruciatingly polite as well.

"Is there something wrong with being 'stuck' here?"

[diehard_daniel]

"Well yes," he said, "I want to go back to my own universe so I can do stuff..."

Most of which he is sure these guys won't understand, which is to say the mun isn't even sure.

"What sort of stuff?"

He can't quite tell from the man's appearance.

[diehard_daniel]

"Uh, well, you know,..." he rubbed the back of his neck, "Ascended stuff. Well, we can't do much, with rules and stuff. But, I am keeping an eye on my friends."

[smart_house]

"Are you friends in the bar as well?"

[diehard_daniel]

"I don't know about that," he said talking faster, "I mean, here it's almost like I'm human again."

He stopped, dear in the headlights look.

"Wait, you're not human now?" Zoe asks, giving him a puzzled look.

"Um, no," he said," I have reached a higher plain of existence."

He may have to explain it differently.

"Based on your reaction, I'm presuming that you don't mean this place."
