There's a thicket of some strong-smelling herb a little ways away along the shoreline, set at the edge of the trees. It's leaves are pale green and fuzzy, its flowered tops pale purple.
There may be the occasional sound of frenzied movement coming from it.
It coils about his arm like an extremely friendly snake with legs, never stopping moving, nuzzling his fingers and purring madly against them, pushing at them insistently.
"What? Me? Never! No! I'm perfectly fine fine fine fine!" Each 'fine!' is punctuated by a headbutt to the palm. A light headbutt, as he has nowhere near the balance or leverage he would need to make them substantial.
"Fiiiiiiiiiiine!" he warbles, stretching out on his back with paddypaws kicking in the air as though they can swat the light, puffy clouds out of the sky.
Teja is wearing no armour at the moment; so he holds the drugged and happy cat with bare arms against his chest, which is clad in a leather jerkin only.
There are bits and pieces of crushed catnip leaves and twigs all in his fur from when he had been thrashing around in the catnip thicket. Come this time tomorrow, he'll be vowing to burn it down.
...Only problem is that the smoke of catnip has the same affect.
"I 'unno," he mwrouls, headbutting the leather with giddy satisfaction.
"I s'pose," he says, wriggling and possibly trying to squeeze his way into Teja's shirt.
Because it's there! And it's warm! And purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
...but this leads to Yrael getting his head stuck. Oh dear.

And a mad, insistent purring.

Rather furiously happy feline sounds.
From the rustling of the thicket of green plants, something is thrashing around in there. Someone.
And having a good time of it.

Teja puts down his guitar and gets up to walk, bare feet on warm sand, towards the bush to investigate.

"TejaTejaTejaTejaTejaTejaTejaTejaTEJA!" it warbles, trying to pounce his foot but completely overshooting the mark enough to go rolling.

"My Yrael!" he exclaims. "You seem utterly intoxicated!"
He turns, and bends down to the white shape where it is rolling.

"You are finely intoxicated," he says, "with finely intoxicating herbs, you!"

"Am noooo-ooh!" Gravity is that way, Yrael.
"Mebbe a bit, yeah," he says, coiling and purring within Teja's grasp.

Which is getting full of white cat hair just now.
"What made you so drunk?"

He cuddles the cat in his arms, running soft white fur through his fingers.

Teja, amused, tries to free his friend's head, gently, cupping a white furry cheek in his hand.

In a rare moment of calm, probably the eye of the storm, Yrael blinks slowly up at Teja with unfocused eyes.
"Mwrrrrrrr."
Reply
"You would not wish for a bath, would you?" he asks, teasingly.
