Gothic Barrkeeping Hour(s)
Teja merely wants some tea when he approaches the bar this late afternoon; but he doesn't get any. Instead, he gets a small piece of paper cloth on which there is writing:
3 hrs break. You're the lucky patron chosen to tend bar for this interval of time.
Teja sighs, and then spots the three rats that serve him, most of the time, standing by the kitchen door and sniggering. He quickly grabs the ringleader -- Thady, of course -- and the other two follow. The black one even brings him a piece of blue chalk. Wondering for a few moments, Teja decides people should have what they seem to like, and writes a lists of drinks he heard of or encountered since he came to this place:

Spirit Made Of Mainly Apples
Burning Sprits With Coffee In
Then, he stands behind the bar and waits for patrons while the rats get bottles and glasses ready. Or rather, the black one and the pale one do, while Thady sits on the bar, with a small round device in his hands that counts down the three hours. This, apparently, is something that must be born, on occasion, by many patrons of this place.-
