"....Dear God in heaven," he whispered, and crossed himself at the sight of such strange lights.

Athos blinked and stared at the window before he moved to the bar. He was looking for an owner, or tender, but he was too focused on the window.
"I need a drink."
There's a whirr and a click and flipping of brass and wooden panels, and he stares as a large mug of something red appears on the top. He cautiously takes a sip.
"...this is heaven."

Someone was watching the drink just appear out of nowhere and Athos taking a drink. Gonna have to force him to take a look boys. "Ah..Athos? Did that just appear when you asked for it? Because if it did I do think that I would like to have one of those as well."
And upon request the same sort of mug appears causing tears to well up in the former pirate's eyes. Sniffling slightly he raised a gloved hand to dab at his eyes. "Thank you, God..Thank you."

"And one for my..." Before he could even finish his sentence there was more whirring, and gears moving to bring a third mug to the top for him.
"Yes, thank you..." He took a cautious sip, and was pleasantly surprised by the smooth taste of the port.

A few words of praise are muttered in French as he takes another sip.
