J.C.'s not on duty right now, and thus is not sitting at the end of the Bar but instead at a table by the Observation Window. He's trying to draw the view outside with a set of colored pencils. It's proving to be more challenging than he anticipated, but that comes as an unexpected pleasure rather than a source of frustration.

"Hey. I offered you a drink, a while back." A long while back, but Atton has a long memory, especially for faces.

J.C. looks up from his work. "Atton, right?" He thought Atton had forgotten the promise of a drink, although J.C. doesn't hold it against him. "I know you're one of the bartenders. Anything in particular you'd recommend?" This because J.C. can't think of any particular drink off the top of his head right now.

"Tarisian Ale? 'S heavily alcoholic." Brightly.

"Sure," J.C. agrees. He might have to hold off on any further sketching until he's sure of the drink's effects - although he can hold his liquor pretty well. "If you're having the same, maybe we can even figure out something to toast to."
