The door opens, and two figures come in, with cloaks and swords, spattered with lots of mud and a bit of blood.
"... just imagine the sort of stability he would have brought to that time, had he lived," Tower says. "Your modern age might have had trouble dawning in time!" He smoothly, effortlessly exchanges his mud-spattered cloak and sword for a tailored jacket and a big cigar.
The smaller figure says nothing, because she is Miho. Also, there is more blood on her cloak, and her sword is real.
"Let's have a drink before we get you a shower, huh? Nothing like an after-work scotch," Tower suggests.
Miho nods, smiling, and a waitrat brings their drinks without having to be told.
