Spoon has his boots on the table. Which could be worse, as they are clean, but still. His boots, and all of his armor, is getting a nice, complete going-over in the bar because God help him but he does not want to trudge out to the salle and back again. It's not that anything is damaged, or even dinged up looking, it's just that it isn't paranoia if damn near everything you encounter while wearing it really is out to get you.
