Outside the door can be heard the sounds of feet running and running straight at the front door. Shouting can also be heard and it doesn't sound friendly at all

"Guys," the 10 year old corrects Will. He remembers him from before and knows that he won't b e telling an adult about the fights..yet. "Got two of them before the rest decided to join in the fun."
Beaming a smile from ear to ear he raises his right arm to hold to his still bleeding lip. "They..they can't get in here can they?" The kid eyes the door carefully then accepts the help up.
The ice is greatfully taken and held up to his jaw where a nice purple bruise is starting to form. "Food? Yeah that sounds great! But..the guys kinda took my money..'s why we got into a fight." Not that thirty cents was a lot but it was still enough to get into a movie and guy a comic!
Glancing up and around, Luz quickly finds the other kid's voice and smiles. "Nah..just aggressive negotiations." But yes, Tyler, bullies. He stands with a groan using his right sleeve to cover his bleeding lip. "They wanted my money and I wanted it too."
"I know how that goes," Tyler waves and smiles back, reaching into his backpack for some tissue paper and holding it out for him. "or else you're just a nice easy target for them to take something out on you if their experiment blew up in their face."
The tissue paper is taken after a little curious inspection then straight to his bleeding lip. "Thanks. Easy target? Maybe. I, at least, fight back." Thus the looking like he just ran through a wall or something.
Reaching out he offers a hand towards Tyler, trying to smile but wincing as he does so. "Name's George Luz."
As one does not have preparation guides for the Spanish, Hogwarts, or Milliways Inquisition, little girls are often unprepared with quite how to carry on making war preparations when their concentration is suddenly broken by a rather cute-- no a rather dirty and beaten young boy.
Looking up from his spot at the door, the 10-year-old suddent feels an inch tall under Allie's gaze. Not because of he's just that surprised and thrilled to see her again but..well..the current state of his clothing and self.
"Allie?" As stupid as it sounds, the surprise is there, then the hesitation sets in as George quickly climbs to his feet. Brushing himself off as best he can he tries not to wince as he smiles at the girl making his lip bleed more. "I..hi.."
Like the forest for the trees, she missed the nervous surprise as she folded up the paper she'd been writing on and waved him in the direction of the Bar.
"Mistress Bar, can we please have some supplies to see to George's injuries?"
When the bowl appeared, she placed her folded paper on the Bar, giving it a glance to make sure it didn't move, and turned toward him as she picked up the cloth.
"Do the guys on the other side of the door look worse than you do?"
Opening his mouth to reply, he grins even more. "At least two of them. Shows them right for tryin to take my money." Which..you know..they did get the 30cents! but George put up one hell of a fight in the process. "Of course. I am a Luz after all." Wincing as he moves towards the bar he tries not show to much pain. I mean, he is talking to Allie and he had to be a man about these things.
