So, John's been thinking since he spoke to Angel (whose name he was still uncertain of, but she was sweet enough).
Unwrite Cane.
He wasn't a writer, and he wasn't sure he could unwrite what Cane had written.
But it got him wondering if he could destroy Cane instead. Maybe that would undo all that Cane had done.
John knows he can't do it on his own.
This means he's on the prowl, looking for people who might be able to return to the mess of his world and help him put it right. Write a sequel, of sorts.
