Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. I never really wrote Xavier before (save a crack fic I wrote with him and Rahm Emanuel), so I'm glad it went well!

This was great. I really enjoyed the therapy session. I also appreciate that you don't hide the fact that Jason isn't a fluffy puppy. So many fics either portray him as the ultimate baddie or as misunderstood but relatively harmless youth.

Thanks! I always felt Jason's feelings toward Bruce were pretty complex, and I liked that I got to explore that. I always really liked Xavier, too, and I had fun getting to write him. :)

Now this, this is the Xavier I remember from growing up on the 90s X-Men animated series and comics. Warm, compassionate, steady, and more than insightful enough to cut through whatever B.S. was clouding somebody's head without making them completely clam up. If someone like Xavier was dealing with the DCU heroes from time to time, maybe they wouldn't be as messed-up as way too many of them are these days.

Mind if I do something similar, but with Rose seeing Xavier and maybe running into Laura?

I don't know if you recognize the boy at the end, but it's Josh Foley aka Elixir. He's one of my favorite new generation X-men, and he reminds me a bit of Jason.

Yeah, I recognized him. At first, I missed the part about "golden skin" and thought "golden boy" meant Cyclops, but then I checked back and yeah, definitely Elixir. And he is an interesting character. Pretty much everyone in the New X-Men book is, and it's a shame it got canceled and now everyone seems to be adrift.
