so 2_4_joy told me about a someone making a list of characters they wouldn't kick out of bed and I decided to do that.
Characters I wouldn't kick out of bed
Now I would much prefer to make two lists which I think is perfectly fair considering...
The Guy List
The Girl List
Wow, the boy's list was difficult to populate. The girl list, on the other hand, could be much longer. For instance, I know she's not a character, but Beyonce is possibly the hottest woman on Earth. Also it was a hard choice to decide between Janeway and B'Elanna from Voyager. And Dylan (Drew Barrymore's character) from Charlie's Angels. And Mulan because, wow, does she kick ass. Laura Croft as played by Angelina Jolie-2_4_joy and I stood in line to see this movie on opening day. Us in line with a zoo of teenaged boys.

- Captain Janeway from Star Trek Voyager
- Chaucer from Knight's Tale

- Captain Jack Harkness from Torchwood-Oh, Captain, my Captain!
- Chaucer from Knight's Tale-"I'm a writer, I give the truth scope!"
- Hawkeye from M*A*S*H-I just love this character and I have for so long (as a side note, I always really thought one of the background nurses (Nurse Kelly--the chubby Hawaiin girl) was so incredibly cute and I'd prefer her in actuality)
- Dr. Larry Fleinhardt (Peter MacNicol's character) from Numb3rs-Oh, I could listen to him talk about physics for a long time. This character is so funny. I think he'd be really fun to hang out with. This is possibly related to nostalgia about undergrad as well.
The Girl List
- Shane from The L Word-Holy crap, is she hot. And she's Shane, so there'd be not commitment or anything to worry about in the morning.
- Captain Janeway from Star Trek Voyager-She kicks ass and that is sooo hot!
- Adah from Barbara Kingsolver's book The Poisonwood Bible-I was so in love with this character reading this.
- Kaylee from Firefly-the personification of cuteness, and she knows here way around an engine. Power tools!
- Eyowen (sp?) from Lord of the Rings-The ultimate heroine. "I am no man!" and then she kills the king of the Nazgul. Yay!
