Evangeline entered and started idly passing through the shelves. She either wanted to find something really old or something really big.

Oh look. A visitor. Hm.

She would have let the girl browse on her own but she didn't particularly want to be held accountable if a rogue sentient book got her. "Looking for anything in particular?" Susan stood at the end of one of the aisles and sized the small girl up. But inconspicuously. The way she did to everyone, really.

Evangeline turned her head from the spines of books she was examining and size the woman up. Conspicuously. The way she did with everyone. After she seemed satisfied with her observations, she lifted her chin. "I'm looking for something either old or large."

The mun thought that would be the case. Susan arched an eyebrow at the going over she was getting but otherwise said nothing.

"As you can see, the library has both of these. In abundance," Susan deadpanned, "However, I could assist you better if you had a certain subject in mind."

Fujiko stepped into the library and looked around for someone to talk to about that job the Town Hall bulletin board had mentioned.

Susan looked up from a stack of yellowing indice cards. "Hello, can I help you?"

"Were you the one who placed an add in the Town Hall looking for assisstants?"

Susan nodded, "I was," and rose from her chair, "Are you interested?"

Connor had something he wanted to ask Susan before he left for London, so he headed for the library.

Susan rounded a corner and spotted him. "Hello Connor. What brings you here today?"

"Well, I'm headed for London in a few days, but I wanted to know if perhaps you might need any help when I get back?"

"The library is hiring presently, so yes, I suppose you could say that. Would you be interested in the job?"
