[ooc: open. Technically, Mardi Gras should be a big deal but there's stuff in the works just before and a few days after, and Screwtape isn't what you call motivated. So we're going to have a laid back half-assed marking of the day in town. I envision one or a few people wandering around throwing beads at people going "Wooooooooooooooooo!" for no reason on Feb 5th. Your characters can of course have a more extravagant raukus time in the City if you want.
