"A couple." Cassie's expression remained unchanged, despite his smile. Wouldn't want to give him any insight into what she was thinking. "Do you think we are?"
Dean glanced down at Furrball, who was currently attacking a stray wild flower. "Yep," he agreed. "Of course, no weirder than your ghostly girlfriend."
Connor decided that a good way to chase away the blues and dust out the sleep deprivation induced cobwebs was through creative exercise. If asked, he would refuse to admit that his decision to do so shirtless had anything to do with the fact that he spotted Cassie nearby.
The Master appeared to be fiddling with his sonic screwdriver. "Having a good day? I think it's rather nice out. No lava flows, no sporadic rain of fish. I could get used to this weather."
