Some morons, idiots and so on - I don't know right words in English to call them - have called a lot of bomb alerts all over the country. There are many schools and hospitals being evacuated.
And of course, most of the territory where those prank calls happened are hit by a cold front of -25 to over -30C.

I am staying up late - it is past midnight already - watching live broadcast of 20 years concert of the show. I am really glad that tomorrow is Sunday. All four Raistlings, three Crysanias, both Takhisis', both Caramons... A lot of unaired material and five new songs from new production. The story everyone follows today: in Magnitogorsk an explosion of household gas caused part of apartment building to collapse at 6am. There were approximately 120 people there, mostly still asleep. Situation for now - 52 people located, out of them 4 were found dead and 16 injured.

Russian Post is really something. I just got a Christmas Card from Poland, sent on 21st of December....
Somehow I suspect it won't be last. (News say there are 500 tons of international mail stuck at customs)

In the morning it was -33.5C on weather site and -33C on window thermometer (and because it is right against the window, it it closer to -35C, I think). It was VERY tempting to call in sick and stay at home. But at least I always take bus - there were a lot of people late to work because cars didn't want to start.
