Sonic told me you've been able to track the Chaos Emeralds before. Would it be possible for you to use the Master Emerald to locate the others? Without causing another flood, that is.

I think I could do that, yeah! The Chaos Emeralds are incredibly high sources of energy, so if I can build a radar, it shouldn't be too hard to find them...especially if they're together.
