Well, I went and had my midnight premiere at teh Odeon Leicester Square. And it was fucking amazing! The crowd cheered and wept and it was wonderful.

I agree with just about everything you said. Overall, really loved it. Cried several times. It had some things that were lacking, but it was a fitting ending to the movies, I think.

Also, it was lovely to get the chance to see it at a midnight showing! Nothing quite like that camaraderie.

However, I need to stop nit-picking, or I'll ruin the experience. I can't wait to see it again... hopefully it won't feel as rushed this time.
