Thanks for all of your nice words. I was able to shake off the worries and have a really nice night with Alex yesterday. His “homework” was to list 5 things he was grateful for. Again, I made the list! I was #3, after trains and cheese. (Ella was 4 and Alex himself was 5.)
My house smells delicious right now! I want to eat everything. Mmmmm.
We’re hosting the preschool guinea pig over Thanksgiving break. He’s cute. Ella seems to think he’s a dog, because she keeps saying “da, da DA!” and pointing at him.
Tonight at bedtime, she actually leaned toward her crib. Can you believe it?! She didn’t end up going down all that smoothly, but still. I didn’t think that was possible.
