Unexpected Doctor Who moment

I was going to the store to get Mom some pears because she has a stomachache, and I turned left. Normally, this wouldn't be worth mentioning. However, to get to the store, I would have had to turn right. Meh.

Also, after going to the store, I have concluded that I really do feel like crap. Now with nausea and being cold. Is time for bed now?
