Anime Expo Adventures ^_^ 09 *UPDATE*
OMG AX was AMAZING!!!! BEST WEEKEND EVER!!!
DAY 0
so me and jaz get there, and wat do u know, they make us wait in the fricken SUN!!! after a long painful time, they finally let us in, and we get our badge. along the way we made friends with this cool chick named dominique. so then when we get our badge, we get a paper saying we got a moi dix mois ticket. so we have to go to the ticket booth and redeem that paper. so we head over 2 the ticket booth, there are like 15 people waiting in line, and there is a sign that says it opens at 5 [it was 4.30]. after a little debate, me and jaz decide to wait. so we walk to the end of the line and see someone sitting in the door way, then we look again and the line is ALL THE WAY DOWN THE BUILDING OUTSIDE!!!! D8 *sigh* LUCKILY we were waiting in the shade. and wat do u know, dominique comes and joins us XD [she was gonna go to morning musume] well after a while of waiting, the line has to move to...guess where....THE FUCKIN SUN!!! D8 i guess were we were was a fire hazard XP sooo we wait in the sun...AGAIN.....ssooo after that this guy behind us started talking to us. D8 THE MOST FUCKIN ANNOYING GUY EVER!!!!! he was the type of guy that likes to show off all the cool stuff he has, all the press released stuff, all his 'connections,' how his step dad knows millionaires, how he shook Mana's hand way back.. WHO CARES!!!!! D8 i wanted to destroy him. well then we got our tickets, and then took a taxi to lil tokyo. YUP
Day1
OMG THIS DAY WAS AMAZING!!!! it started off bad because i left my summer school 30 min later then i wanted too, but it turned out all good. so me and jaz get there, and i go meet up with pinkeh and her texas friends. one of them cosplayed Aiji from GIMICAL IMPACT, and she looked AMAZING!!! @_@ she seriously looked like Aiji, and the funny part is, not only does she LOOk like Aiji, but she TALKS like Aiji too!!! sssoo me and all of pinkeh's friend are just chillin, and then we realize its 12:40, so me and pinkeh go to wait inline for the moi dix mois concert. as we were walking from the south hall to the west hall we passed by the concert room, and moi dix mois were in the middle of their sound check @_@ STROBE LIGHTS AND SINGING!!!!! at one point a staff member walks through the door and we could see a little bit. @_@
FUCK DUDE!! ANOTHER LONG ASS LINE!! IN THE FRICKEN SUN!!!! XP it was assigned seating, but you could sit in watever row u were assigned too, and i wanted a aisle seat. after a hellish long time waiting in the fuckin heat, and making friends with the girls behind me, they finally let us in. like 20 MIN LATER THEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TOO!!! so watever. we get in the room... and its HUGE!!! i go find my row, not bad, 3rd row middle section. me and jaz saw the aisle seats, and we SNAGGED THEM!!! wat do u know, the 2 girls in line sit behind us, and pinkeh and her aiji friend sit across the aisle from us XD ssoo we wait and wait and OMFG!!! THE CONCERT STARTED ON TIME!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY ON TIME!!!! @_@ i was completely suprised!!!
OMFG!!!!! AMAZING CONCERT!!! Mana looked beautiful as always, K looked crazy awesome, Seth was a sexy piece of shit which id totally love to tap, the bassist was tiny and adorable, and the drummer was awesome tooo. oh boy, where do i start with Seth. besides being able to sing AMAZINGLY, BOY WAS HE SEXY!!! @_@ not only did that concert sexy, but it LOOKED sexy. the visual aspect was amazing. they truly are performers. anyways, Seth kept making sexy poses, in his sexy platforms @_@ LOVED IT. LOL and then K taught us how to the D-I-X-DIX dance IN ENGURISH!!! WHILE GROWLING!!!! @_@ lol it was adorable. but unlike Seth's, K's engruish was understandable. i hardly knew wat Seth was saying most of the time XD LOL!!! anyways, i wish i had looked up more of their recent music cuz i didnt recognize most of the songs, but they did play Night Breed, which i do know, and LOVE! it was AMAZING! well all of it was amazing. but OMG so at one point K threw a guitar pic into the crowd, but no one saw where it landed. i look down into the aisle and something catches my eye. after a little hesitation, i go get it, and IT WAS THE GUITAR PIC!!!! @_@ that was a very happy moment for me XD lol by the end of the show, K threw another one and Pinkeh got it. we both ended up with guitar pics ^_^
soo after their set, they all left the stage one by one, Mana being the last. before he leaves he walks center stage and bows beautifuly for the audience @_@ HES SSSOOO DAMN PRETTY!!! AND ELEGANT!!! ssoooo as usual the audience screams for an encore, even though our throats were on FIRE!!! luckily we didnt have to wait long, i think the shortest ive ever had to wait for an encore. boy was it amazing. the whole time i was jumping, headbanging, dancing. it was over too quickly. once again they left one by one, but this time Mana lingered longer on the stage, taking more time to bow gracefully. now that was an epic concert.
afterwards, me, pinkeh, jaz, and aiji just chilled outside, still going crazy over it. we went to the exhibit hall for a bit and hung out, looked around. then me and pinkeh went hunting for this lolita dinner meet-up. D8 we didnt seee any lolis anywhere *tear* even after walking around outside and stuffs. so we decided to get our own dinner. lol we talked about the epic concert the whole time. lol. epicness.
DAY 2
lol. so i wanted to get there at 9. i wake up at 9:30 XD ssssoooo i got there at like 11ish, i went to go meet up with jasmin, but then i wanted to check out the line for the Moi Dix Mois panel. i get there and other panel is going on. i saw people just sitting out the door, and i asked them if that was the line, they said no, but as i lookd around confusingly they said just sit down and hang out, which i did. bleh i never got the lady's name, but she was really cool! she was one of Mana's REAL fans. NO she didnt try to cosplay as him, or be like OMG MANA MANA MANA LOL. she was a lot of fun to talk to too. there was another dude there, i didnt get his name, but he was chill too. then this guy came inline behind us, lol i got his name, it was Tomo. LOL he was REALLY PRETTY!!! @_@ i think he was japanese. ANYWAYS after wating an ETERNITY for it, time pases, wer get our seats, and the panel started [late of course XD]. Mana is beautiful as usual, wearing either a long black skirt [or pants that flared so much they looked like a skirt] and a white long sleeve ruffle shirt with a black tie [victorian style of course], K actually wore normal clothes, his hair was down and he was wearing a hat, and he had on mismatched colored contacts XD i dont quite remember what Sugiya was wearing, but it was something black XD anyways, i got up to ask Mana if he could teach me how to be a princess, but i chickened out and went back to my seat XD. lol some of the best answers we got were:
K was describing how the day before he was in Santa Monica [O_o srsly?] and saw spiderman and the mcdonalds M fighting
Sugiya said that we had many different types of beer
Mana said the hamburgers were HUGE and very delicious
some girl asked Mana to give her some advice on composing metal/classical music, and he said to listen to his music
Mana said Moi Dix Mois's greatest achievement thus far was the concert the day before, it being M10M's first concert in the U.S.
the first time Mana put on make up in middle school he was surprised [and that question was asked by the girl i met earlier XD]
SO after it was finished tickets were passed out for the autograph session. then i booked it to where the room was and stood inline. after much waiting, it was like 3:15 ish and the first group had gone in a long time ago. i look in the hall way and i seeeeee K, Sugiya, and Mana walk into a room. i couldnt get my camera fast enough xP like 20 min later i look again, they leave the room and walk down a hall way. yet again i couldnt get to my camera fast enough. Mana has such an elegant and dignified walk. he is so graceful @_@
sssooo after waiting for FOREVER, and going into many different rooms it was finally my time @_@ me and jaz are right next too the door way, and we peak in , AND THERE THEY ARE @_@ soon im in the room in awe. first up was Sugiya the bassist. next was K, he said hi to me ^_^ i was too shy to say anything lol, all i could do was bow a little and smile. then O MY GOSH NEXT WAS MANA!!! @_@ i gave him my cd, i was just @_@ ive never sen him smile before. it was absolutely amazing. AND I SAW HIS TEEETH!!!! @_@ NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN HIS TEEETH!!!! EVER!!!! @_@ AND HE SMILED!!!! @_@ he is sssssoooo beautiful in person. so he signed my autogrpah and we shook hands. lol i didnt want to leave, i kinda lingered LOL. OMG ITSS TRUE!!!! WHEN YOU SHAKE MANA'S HAND IT SMELLS LIKE COTTON CANDY!!!! my friend's hand smelled CRAZY LIKE COTTON CANDY!!! @_@ LOL gosh that was epic.
so after fangirling a lot, we went shopping in the exhibit hall. after buying a crap load of stuff, me and the girls were chilling by a booth in the back. all the sudden we hear staff people going EVERYBODY MOVE and i thought a cart was going buy, but NO!!!!! K, SUGIYA, AND MANA WERE WALKING BY!!!!! again i didnt get my camera fast enough, but DAMN!!! @_@ HE WALKED RIGHT BUY US!!! @_@
nothing really happned after that, more wandering and shopping. random stuffs. french fries, pictures, camera whoring, awesome stuffs
DAY 3
OMG this day was FUN!!!! so after waking up SUPER late, i get ready as fast as i can in my country loli outfit. so i get there and im about to call someone, but then i spotted Pinkeh walking [its cuz of the new lolita skirt xD]. then we met up with 'aiji' who looked SDKGDNFGKDNG AWESOME!!! she looked like Maya from LM.C, except got caught in a rainbow/highlighter explosion XD. so we three walk around the dealers hall, and take lots of awesome funny lulzy pics. and then get asked to take a lot of pics XD [i guess we looked so colorful, cute, and amazing XD] lol we kept trying to go to the kinokuniya booth, but kept getting distracted XD. OMG and then we met TOMO!!!! ONLY THE MOST ADORABLE JAPANESE MUSICIAN EVER!!!! we took pictures and gave him big hugs [hehe he smelled nice XD]. ssooo after that, we went to meet up with some more people at the galaxy cafe in the west hall. yet again we get asked to take a picture, and get a mini interviewed sorta. ssoo we get some fries and hang out and talk and stuffs. then since Pinkeh had go go pretty soon we went outside the west hall and took a cute group picture and some more lulzy ones XD. i dont quite remember wat happened right after that [i doo remember walking into a kuroshitsuji gathering and took LOTS of pics, TOO MANY GOOD COSPLAYS! lol we also passed by Tomo] but eventually me, 'aiji' and another one of our friends made it to the kinokuniya booth in the dealer's hall. we looked at magazines and drooled over the cute guys XD KUROSHITSUGI IS GONNA ME A MUSICAL!! LOL soo then me and 'aiji' realized it was time for Tomo's autograph session ^_^ we bought some merch earlier [me a cd and 2 posters] and waited inline for our turn. TOMO IS SO CUTE!!!! >W
DAY 4
aawwww last day of ax. i had to go to mass in the morning, so i got to the convention center at like 12-ish. i meet up with Pinkeh, 'aiji', and the rest of our friends in teh dealers hall. we walked around for a bit and just looked at the booths. somewhere along the way we lost Pinkeh [not sure how that happened O_o] lol but then we stopped by a booth that sold kigurumis. they had a dvd player and were playing big bang videos. so then we started talking about lollipop and starded singing that song. lol then the ladies at the booth played that video, so we had our own dance party XD
after that we kept walking around. one of the girls broke a monokuro boo key chain XD lol it was funny. then we started talking about wat we would have at our bachelorette parties. LOL. then i get a txt from 'serge' saying that hes gonna be at the staples center. ssoo we all go over there. after one last group picture, i said good bye to them and went off with 'serge' for a bit. after chilling with him for a bit, i saw the girls again as they were gonna get on their shuttle, i went to go tell them good bye again, and then they said that Tomo was inside. so naturally i went to go see hi, but he was getting ready for a photo shoot so i didnt bother him. so after a litle while serge had to leave, so i met up with jaz again. she was wating at the J-GLAM booth for this raffle, so i went to maru music to hang out with elffys for a bit. we talked about miyavi <3 lol. MEH i missed the Mana autograph session, i guess you didnt need a ticket for it. watever, i already got his autograph, shook his hand, saw him smile, and saw him live in concert. i happy with wat i got XD. sssooo after that i met up with jaz again, her and her friends were chillin by the ice cream place playing cards. i got another ice cream, then pinkeh walked by so we talked about the epic weekend. then we got up to go to the arcade, pinkeh had to go so i walked her out, then met up with the others at the arcade. i played para para [speedway, remember me, and ultra high heels nonstop] people clapped after i played ^_^ me and jaz played ddr, and then we left the arcade. i wanted to go to closing ceremonies to see if Mana would be there, but i had to go before it started. well thats ok, im still happy with being able to see him at all.
over all, an EPIC ASS WEEKEND!!!! ^_________^ it was pretty awesome if i do say so myself. i met some awesome people, went to a fuckin awesome concert, got 2 more autographed cds for my collection [which is up to 8 i think ^_^]. i loved every minute of it!!!! and this year it was without the drama!!! best weekened ever. EVER!!!

LOL. then i get a txt from 'serge' saying that hes gonna be at the staples center. ssoo we all go over there. after one last group picture, i said good bye to them and went off with 'serge' for a bit. after chilling with him for a bit, i saw the girls again as they were gonna get on their shuttle, i went to go tell them good bye again, and then they said that Tomo was inside. so naturally i went to go see hi, but he was getting ready for a photo shoot so i didnt bother him. so after a litle while serge had to leave, so i met up with jaz again. she was wating at the J-GLAM booth for this raffle, so i went to maru music to hang out with elffys for a bit. we talked about miyavi <3 lol. MEH i missed the Mana autograph session, i guess you didnt need a ticket for it. watever, i already got his autograph, shook his hand, saw him smile, and saw him live in concert. i happy with wat i got XD. sssooo after that i met up with jaz again, her and her friends were chillin by the ice cream place playing cards. i got another ice cream, then pinkeh walked by so we talked about the epic weekend. then we got up to go to the arcade, pinkeh had to go so i walked her out, then met up with the others at the arcade. i played para para [speedway, remember me, and ultra high heels nonstop] people clapped after i played ^_^ me and jaz played ddr, and then we left the arcade. i wanted to go to closing ceremonies to see if Mana would be there, but i had to go before it started. well thats ok, im still happy with being able to see him at all.
over all, an EPIC ASS WEEKEND!!!! ^_________^ it was pretty awesome if i do say so myself. i met some awesome people, went to a fuckin awesome concert, got 2 more autographed cds for my collection [which is up to 8 i think ^_^]. i loved every minute of it!!!! and this year it was without the drama!!! best weekened ever. EVER!!!
