amos lee's sophomore album supply and demand just came out in september. i saw him at the hotel cafe sometime in july, where he played most of the songs from the album. amos live was amazing, the kind of amazing that leaves you with goosebumps.

life is a bit difficult to stomach right now, and the world can be frightening. although i wonder how/why i'm still here, there's only one way to go ... and that's forward.
