On a completely frivolous note (just to get our minds off Katrina for a few hours and the memory of 9/11), David and I went to the Renaissance Faire this past Saturday. Im good thanks babe - just got back from sending my little brother off to uni :( im sure he will be fine but its come as a shock at home its so quiet!!! How are my two handsomemen??

Tish: We're OK, I'm beat. We went to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire on Saturday (3 hour drive each way). The weather was beautiful. We must be doing something right, because we kept getting stopped by people who wanted to photograph us! One vendor (male) tried to coax us OUT of our clothes(!). David and I bought beautiful Irish pewter/silver tankards. Yesterday, had to take care of domestic stuff (cleaning, laundry, shopping for food). I'm exhausted!
