29 is already a good numbers already mah...the key point here is to have that 'V' shape look...hmm i think u can try to make ur shoulder and back looks bigger? but again wahhhh u actually manage to slim down without the "slaughtering" yourself with all the workouts..i so envy..
i did exercised ok, though not everyday, sometimes 2hrs bicycling on that machine, then the whole housekeeping till my back also want to break le... not slaughtering.... *ahem ahemmm*.... lolll it would b safer to go down to 28, so tat i would b better buffer zone to enjoy some nice food once awhile mah :P

and yes, you should sleep early, not only for slimming purposes, also for better health.
