Just recently i discover a new way to slim down, at least it works for me :P
i have this very bad habit of munching snacks whenever im free, be it reading books, watching drama series, or daydreaming.
in my food cabinet and drawer, i have all sorta snacks from healthy one to crappy one, kismis, mamee, popo muruku ikan, chocolate, rice crackers, coco jelly, mixed nuts and seeds....
so once i settled with everything and am free, i will get the assorted snacks ready, then only i lie down on the sofa, read books or watch tv while munching my food away.
since recently my waistline drops to historical 29inch, i wish to maintain it, so it would b very important for me to cut down my snack munching habit. i was trying so hard to resist the temptation, but nooooo... the food they r calling me all the time lolll....
so i did this for few days already and it worked wonderfully, i will BRUSH MY TEETH EARLIER before sit down on the sofa, with the tongue scrapping, and mouthrinsing, the whole ritual completed.... yeah its such a hectic work, and naturally a lazy person im, i refuse to do it again, so this way the laziness of me overcome the desire for snacks.
i will sit down on sofa with a clean mouth and i refuse to stain it again with anything else including all the sinful snacks kekeee, good way to slim down issnt it :P
but then without the snacks munching, normally i cant last long (not tat one lah :P), i will feel sleepy very fast, which forces me to get to bed earlier also, and makes me sleep earlier and possibly longer too. and this brings some benefits to slimming also, coz according to the studies, daily sleep of longer hour also helps in weight control...
