these are such useless days for me, especially when I over sleep my alarm clock completely and wake up with not even enough time to walk the dog. I woke up a lil over 12 hours ago, and I have to be up in about 5 more hours, all I got done today was WORK.

I think my body is telling me its not going to let me sleep six hours so long as I force it to run 2 miles daily. I didnt run today, but then again it was planned that way. I figure this is a good day for rest, as I will be sticking with my schedule the rest of this week. Friday is my mad cardio day.
