How I lose friends, (till death do us part)

Too much has happened,
Still, I'll give you then gist of it, and then add detail later.

Last week I was woke by my mother, telling me about another old friend that has died. Amanda Whitten. She ran away from her home with a 26 year old, whom her parents had forbade her being with. (She's only 17)

Rule #1: Obey your parents. Want proof? They found her bones in the cab of the guys truck. She had been shot at least two times, and the same went for the male, whose body was found in the bed of the truck. The murderers then set the truck ablaze. After all was said and done, Amanda could only be identified by her dental records, and they had to run DNA tests to be sure.

That makes two old friends, whom have done stupid crap, and died fiery deaths. Two too many.

I thought I had said for this to stop; for no more to die like this.

Two nights ago, I spoke with Mitch about a subject in which he's earning the title of fool. I believe the Bible refers to the problem as: The Whore of Babylon. No, he didn't have to pay the girl to sleep with him every night. Instead, I call her a whore, and him a fool, because I am fully aware that it was no later than the second time he saw her in person that they began to have sex.

It's a sin reguardless of when, but I think it's worse considering that's all he knows of her. He got the idea that if he "Proposed" to her, and gave her a ring, that he would be justified in all this. Instead, he's going to force himself to follow through with the marriage, and then, after a very tough process, the lust is going to run out, and thier structure, set upon a foundation of lust, will collapse.

How do I know? I've seen it at least a million times. How disappointed will she be when she stop looking for balls and starts looking for brains?

If you can't currently tell, I'm pissed. Very.

Chew on this, he thinks that because there's a possibility of him getting a job at a grocery store, or a gas station, that he is going to be able to afford a house for him and his "fiancee" to move into. ...he didn't even make it past 9'th grade and doesn't have a GED. You can't waltz into a business and tell them that you're a good worker, and expect them to believe it on a whim.

Let's say he gets a job. The only jobs even available to his current caliber are minimum wage. With that, he couldn't even imagine paying a house payment, let alone the power bill, car insurance, water bill, waste bill, ect. So, what happens then? He will wind up continuing to live with this girl until that relationship does go stale, then he'll be thrown out on his but, only so that he can crawl back to his grandmother and take advantage of her finances again.

Regardless of how you look at it, everyone loses.

What if he fathers a child? If you can't tell, I am willing to bet my life and all I have that he doesn't possess the maturity to imagine taking care of it. So what then? Perhaps, he and her would try to take car of it themselves: The child would grow up in a terrible environment, one full of chaos, and be tortured by circumstance. Or maybe he'd run from that mistake, leaving that child to be raised, fatherless, and by a girl whose own mother brought her up believing that this was all ok.

At this point, I would even believe that they would have it aborted, and add murder to the list of things.

I say all of this after weeks of thought, this is almost a stale issue, but it is still hurting me just the same.

Mitch, if you read this, I want you to know, that when things fall apart, and you are on the side of the road: you have my number- please call me then. I am mad, but you're also my closest brother, whether by blood or not. I'll help you back on your feet. I'd rather you hurt me than your grandmother again.

This has to end, before my curse of flames gets you too...
