Sweet flailin' Jeebus, but it's been a while.
Going to Eastfield college and still getting lost no matter which direction I walk in. I worked at the bookstore there twice and made some money. I worked the floor and helped many of the ignorant find books while silently laughing as they complained about the price. My first semester working there, one girl claimed she was sure I had a crush on her, and to this day I'm not totally certain I didn't. Then again, I could've just been staring for more perverted reasons than I realize, what the hell.
My second and more recent term working there messed with my mind a lot more. Halfway through the term, I shaved my beard, and surprised the holy hell out of my female coworkers who never thought I would. I ended up being the surprised one when Priss, one of the girls, said she'd consider dumping her boyfriend (who we were both working with) to go out with me with a face like mine. I'm pretty sure she was joking though. Well, moderately sure. Kinda. Ummm...anyway, and for the rest of my days there I would consistently be surprised by utterings of "Rowr!" and the feel of light fingers on my arms back whenever we ended up alone whilst patrolling the aisles.
Wierd, huh?
Haven't seen Erin or Kristin around lately, which automattically brings my mood a little down. And with that comes the realization that I know more women then guys, and this surprises the heck out of me for some reason. Ah well.
Got a Gamecube recently (third time really was a charm!), and I think I've hit a good balance between good natured fun (Mario Sunshine and Super Smash Brothers: Melee) and fucked up evil darkness wo wo tonight (Resident Evil Remake, which I still suck at, and Hunter: the Reckoning). Currently trading SSBM for a week for my buddy Joey's copy of Metroid Prime.
...If he unlocks Pichu before I do, I'll kill him.
For some reason, I have been gripped by a strange, possibly demonic force known only as Love Hina. A 10 dollar manga with some overused jokes and the worst initial sitcom-esque premise ever, I'm still at a loss as to just why I'm in love with this damn series. It probably has something to do with Su, an insane foreign girl who torments everyone with toy tanks filled with live ammo >:o ROAR!
Hopefully I won't wait for almost a year before I update again.
