The ring of fire. The ring of fire.

So I standardized the way I weigh myself everyday. Now I can more accurately track my weight loss.

I step on the scale once when I wake up, once right before bed, and once in the middle of the day, after eating lunch and after exercising. I average the three measurements and record that value in a log.

I started this on June 4 and measured 164.7 lbs, 21.5% body fat. I'm losing about 0.1 lbs per day.

I've been running 2-3 miles per day and biking 18-25. I keep track of calories expended and consumed with my iPod. I bought a nifty little application that does it pretty well.
