Whoever told me that producing hip-hop and R&B beats is easy should be shot. I mean, sure, it's simple, but it's far from easy. I love doing it, and I love where the whole thing is going, but sometimes the simplicity of the music is very difficult to pull off. Thanks for thinking of me:)

I still can't bring myself to listen to much hip-hop short of doing my best to ignore the rap and listen to the music. I try to run in the producer circles so that all I listen to is instrumentals, before the rap is laid down.

That's why I made those recommendations to you.

I am pretty sure you can handle "After the Rain" and I think it will expand your concept of where you can go with things.

Better Dayz is a follow-up, and although it might not be as palatable i think it ties in and will give you a bit of another angle.

Cool... I listened to them before. I guess I should have mentioned that. There's very little hip-hop that I actually like. I'll probably be adding those two to my list for ideas though. Thanks
