I saw X-Men 3 today. I'm not sure why. I suppose it was OK, if you're into that sort of thing, but some of it tended to be a little strained. If that doesn't make sense ... I understand. The girls were pretty and the blokes kicked arse [omg Kelsey Grammer was blue], so I suppose it served a purpose.
I saw this couple , sort of goth-chic [is that a style, I don't know] and the boy was all angles and big lashes and the girl was all smitten with him, and seriously, this better not come out weird, I wanted to take a picture of them. I did photgraphy a few years back, never got into it, but I was just thinking 'someone give me a camera'. They were gorgeous. And, with all the other run-ins I'd had, it was nice.
My exam period is starting up next week, but I haven't really started the whole 'studying' thing yet. I'll probably be trying to grind out fic and procrastinate until the last minute, y'know.
I also bought Goblet of Fire on DVD to fill out the collection. not sure why I hadn't beofre. Wathced a lot of the special features, the 'preparation for the yule' ball which was quite fun. In related news, Robert Pattinson who played Cedric is especially hot with a five oclock shadow and without the ridiculously impossible pink cheeks. I also find myself really drawn to Rupert in interviews, becasue he's quiet and unobtrusive, whereas the other two of the trio are gogogo.
The point of this post, I think, was to just ramble because I'm particularly bored. All I have to offer is a suggestion to Lost fans, to check out the jackjames_verse which all started with foxxcub and has sort of escalated from there. As a rule, foxxcub's writing is always good, this is no exception. While there tends to be quite a lot of smut, I still really like the whole concept. The concept being that Jack and James[Sawyer] are young boys and go to the same high school and have a steamy affair and fall in love and all that. Yeah. It's quite good and the characters are well written and loyal to the show. The first one is here and they just sort of go on chronologically, with all different writers getting involved.
