This is an excuse for me to write a list of things I need to do

What a beautiful day it's been. Clear, cobalt skies with a nice, brisk breeze, temperature in the 60s. If only every day could be like today.

As is my Thursday tradition, I've wasted my day off. Here is a sampling of things I meant to do today:

• Laundry
• Dishes
• Finish filing my important papers into my filing cabinet --- DONE!
• New entry in consequence of finishing the above: Take out the trash.
• Buy new shoes
• Figure out if my IRA has some sort of form I need for my taxes
• Do my taxes
• Make a doctor's appointment
• Look into box springs/mattresses

I'd feel better if I'd, say, spent the majority of today outside, but I really haven't. Just sitting in front of my computer here, and despairing. It's fun, you should try it some time. I did manage to go and have lunch with theonyx, which was nice: we got to sit outside! Mmmmmm, gyro.

If this weather keeps up, I am so going to go play frisbee golf this weekend. I mean it this time.
